In our Personal Training Program, you'll receive a comprehensive package designed to ensure you achieve your fitness goals. Here's what's included:

  • Personalized Training Sessions: You will have one-on-one personal training sessions that last an hour each, conducted in a dedicated gym. These aren't generic workouts; they are tailor-made to align with your specific fitness goals.

  • Customized Meal Plans: We understand that nutrition is a crucial part of fitness. You'll receive a custom meal plan that complements your fitness regimen, helping to fuel your workouts and recovery.

  • Ongoing Nutritional Advice: To help you understand and navigate the world of nutrition better, our program includes professional nutritional advice. This will empower you to make smart, healthy choices in your daily life.

  • Daily Check-Ins: Fitness is a journey, and we'll be there with you every step of the way. We offer daily check-ins to keep track of your progress and provide any necessary guidance and motivation.

  • Fortnightly Progress Reviews: Every two weeks, we will review your progress, adjusting your training and meal plans as necessary to ensure you're on the fastest route to achieving your goals.

YOUR INVESTMENT

We require a commitment of three sessions per week. Depending on your goals, we offer packages of 18, 36, 48, 72, or 120 sessions with durations typically spread over 1.5, 3, 4, 6, or 10 months. Discounts are available on our 72 (20% discount) and 120 sessions (37.5% discount) packages.

FAQs

How long does each session last?

Each session lasts for an hour. Please note that the first session may take slightly longer (up to 90 minutes) as we cover all necessary details to create the best program for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be deemed as charged. Please note that clients late for sessions are not entitled to time extensions, as our trainers may have back-to-back appointments.

No. To ensure you get the maximum possible results for the time you’re putting in- all of your training sessions with GYSM will be by appointment only, with your dedicated Personal Trainer. This approach ensures that your training is efficient and effective. Knowing that each visit brings you closer to your fitness goals eliminates any wastage of effort. Furthermore, the added responsibility of scheduling a specific time with your coach enhances commitment, resulting in superior outcomes compared to the traditional gym membership model.

I’ve never been to a gym before, will this be right for me?
